This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Tony Durante LLC Ops application (“Application”), developed and operated exclusively by Tony Durante LLC (“Company”), a Florida limited liability company.
1. Internal Use Only
This Application is developed solely for the internal business operations of Tony Durante LLC. It is not distributed, sold, or made available to the general public. Access is restricted to authorized personnel of Tony Durante LLC.
2. License Grant
The Company grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for conducting Tony Durante LLC business operations, including but not limited to accounting, invoicing, and financial record management through the QuickBooks Online API.
3. Restrictions
Users shall not: (a) sublicense, sell, or distribute the Application; (b) modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works; (c) use the Application for any purpose other than authorized Tony Durante LLC business operations.
4. Data Handling
The Application accesses QuickBooks Online data exclusively for Tony Durante LLC’s business purposes. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tony Durante LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.
7. Termination
This license may be terminated at any time by Tony Durante LLC. Upon termination, all access to the Application shall cease.
