Tony Durante LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company, operates the Tony Durante LLC Ops application (“Application”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information accessed through our Application’s integration with QuickBooks Online.
1. Information We Access
Through our QuickBooks Online integration, the Application accesses the following types of business data: company information, customer and vendor records, invoices, payments, chart of accounts, and related financial data. This data belongs exclusively to Tony Durante LLC.
2. How We Use Information
All data accessed through QuickBooks Online is used exclusively for Tony Durante LLC’s internal business operations, including: accounting and bookkeeping, invoice management, financial reporting, client account management, and business analytics.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share QuickBooks data with any third parties. Data accessed through the Application remains strictly within Tony Durante LLC’s operational environment.

Data accessed through the QuickBooks API is processed in secure environments. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access credentials (OAuth tokens) are stored securely and are never shared.

We retain QuickBooks data only as long as necessary for our business operations and in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
6. Your Rights
As this Application is used exclusively for internal business operations and does not collect data from external users, individual data subject requests should be directed to support@tonydurante.us.
7. QuickBooks Disconnection
Users may disconnect the Application from QuickBooks Online at any time through their QuickBooks account settings. Upon disconnection, the Application will no longer access QuickBooks data.
